OUR CERTIFICATES
Porto Seco Sul de Minas prides itself on constantly seeking to achieve the best quality parameters, which is why we have achieved important certifications in different areas of our operations. In the coffee production chain, for example, we have certificates that allow storage and loading and unloading of certified coffees. We are audited and evaluated periodically to ensure traceability and sustainability of our activities.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZED ECONOMIC OPERATOR (AEO) FEDERAL REVENUE SERVICE
We are certified as an Authorized Economic Operator by the Brazilian OEA Program of the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil in the OEA Security modality. The purpose of this certification is to validate security requirements and ensure strict compliance with the necessary protocols, preventing risks and streamlining customs operations for our customers.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZED ECONOMIC OPERATOR (AEO) FEDERAL REVENUE SERVICE
We are certified as an Authorized Economic Operator by the Brazilian OEA Program of the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil in the OEA Security modality. The purpose of this certification is to validate security requirements and ensure strict compliance with the necessary protocols, preventing risks and streamlining customs operations for our customers.
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
In its pursuit of high standards regarding the quality and safety of its operations, Porto Seco Sul de Minas obtained ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications in January 2023, following an audit conducted by the certifying body TUV NORD BRASIL. The ISO 9001 audit certifies that the company’s quality management system ensures our services meet the expectations of customers and other stakeholders through process standardization and monitoring, thereby fostering transparency and credibility. Meanwhile, the ISO 45001 audit certifies that the company’s occupational health and safety management system ensures a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees and others who use our facilities.
RAINFOREST ALLIANCE COFFEE CUSTODY CHAIN CERTIFICATION
Another important certification that has requirements to guarantee certification and compliance with socio-environmental issues is the Cert Rainforest Alliance. Our processes are paid for the maintenance of the certificate, through external audits.
COFFE AND FARMER EQUITY CERTIFICATION (C.A.F.E) PRACTICES STARBUCKS
This certification allows us to store coffees commercialized with the Starbucks chain. Traceability requirements and compliance with good socio-environmental practices, similar to other custody chain certifications, are evaluated.
