Drawback
Allows the use of Porto Seco Sul de Minas for imports to process products in the country, with suspension, refund or exemption from taxes, for subsequent export.
Special Deposit (DE)
Allows the storage of components used in the provision of certain services. It is for the private use of the company that obtains permission and allows the merchandise to remain in Porto Seco Sul de Minas for up to five years with suspension of tax payments.
Temporary export
Temporary Export is the customs regime that allows goods to leave the country, with the suspension of payment of export tax conditioned on their return within a specified period, in the same state in which they were exported.
Certified Customs Deposit (DAC)
It allows the exporter to complete the export clearance and receive the exchange rates while the goods are still deposited at Porto Seco Sul de Minas. In this case, the merchandise is considered the property of the importer abroad.
Temporary admission
Allows the import of goods through Porto Seco Sul de Minas that must remain in the country for a fixed period, with total suspension of tax payments, or with partial suspension, in the case of economic use. At the end of the period, the merchandise can be exported or nationalized again.
Customs Warehousing for Imports
Allows you to import, with or without exchange rate coverage, goods with the suspension of II, IPI, ICMS, PIS and Cofins, until the total or partial nationalization of the imported batch, within a period of one year, extendable for consecutive periods, upon justification with the Federal Revenue of Brazil.
Customs Warehousing in Export
Allows the storage of goods at Porto Seco Sul with the suspension of tax payments, in the form of a common regime and with the right to use tax benefits related to exports, before the actual shipment abroad.
Industrial Warehouse
The industrialization process in the customs area allows your company to create a branch within Porto Seco and be able to set up a production line with the aim of adding imported components to national materials with the total suspension of taxes. Exported production resulting from this industrial process is exempt from such taxes and, when destined for the domestic market, taxes are collected proportionally.
